- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
- A parcel opening video and clear product images may be required for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Undergarments and hygiene-related items
- Perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
3. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, issue details, and parcel opening video.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
- In certain cases, store credit may be provided.
