  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • A parcel opening video and clear product images may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Undergarments and hygiene-related items
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, issue details, and parcel opening video.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In certain cases, store credit may be provided.
