Once an order is placed, cancellation may not be possible if it has already been processed or shipped.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time mentioned on the website. However, delays may occur due to logistics issues, location constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
Deale is not liable for delays once the product has been handed over to the courier partner.
